Hello All,

I made this posting earlier, however I think I may have posted it the wrong way. So I am trying again.

First I want to say thank you for the encouragement and help. It helps a great deal.

I just came back from a wonderful trip in Ukraine. Elena was with me in the States for 3 months. We flew back together and spent a wonderful time at the Black Sea, Yalta. So now I am working again on the I-129F.

A few more questions come to mind since my last posting:

1) I made copies of Elena's passport to show proof she came to the United States to visit me. I did not think I needed to make copies of all the pages. However I just read on a different web site all pages need to be included. Is this a requirement for the I-129F petition?

2) The question (#9) on the I-129F regarding "names of prior spouse", do I write her name when we were married or her maiden name?

3) My Fiancee signed and printed her name at the bottom of the G-325A and left the rest blank for me to fill out. Am I allowed to fill in the Biographic Information for her? Since she does not have an alien registration number, should she have printed her name in the dark bold box at the bottom of the G-325A? If its not needed can I use white out?

4) My Fiancee is a manicurist, however she rents space in a salon. How should I answer the question on the G-325A regarding applicant's employment last five years. Since returning to Ukraine she is now doing the same work at a different sallon. Not sure how to answer this question. Can we write "self employed"?

Thank you again

you can fill out the form for her.

for the employment thing if there is room I would put self employed manicurist.

prior names means any other names she used before. Legal names not nick names!

for our I-129F we sent in a full copy of every page of the US citizen passport and my canadian passport. The US citizen for proof hes a citizen ( along with his birth certificate ) but both full copys of each because we used the pages with stamps as evidence as well. ( we had alot of pages of stamps from travel )

here is the link for K-1 visa step by step guide, have a look. you will need a letter from her as well.

You posted it correctly this time.

1. ALL pages are needed ONLY to use the passport as proof of US citizenship for the petitioner, so NO you do not need copies of all the pages of her passport. You should have at least the photo and signature page though.

2. Name of your ex-wife when married to you.

3. Yes you can, this is the best way in my opinion. It is what Alla did. You do not need to sign that you completed the form for her, that is for paid professionals.

4. self employed, manicurist (name of city), Ukraine.
