Can I ask what you did and what others did for the back of the photos?

I know to put the name, date, and location.

However if there are other people in the photos, such as family members, is it necessary to identify who they are?

I'll be honest, I did do that, I'm not sure about other people though. Just so they know who they were, if they were friends, or family members of each other.

love this thread! we're starting our 129-F package as well.. question about the photo, though.. are scanned photos ok and printed on paper? or does it have to be on kodak gallery? thanks!

02/08/2012 AOS Application Sent.

02/10/2012 Delivered

02/14/2012 NOA Text & Email received

02/21/2012 NOA received in mail for I485 & I76.

02/25/2012 Biometrics letter received. Bio scheduled at 1pm on 03/12.

02/27/2012 Successful Biometrics Walk-in done!

They aren't looking for works of art. So long as the people are recognizable, they don't really care. FYI: Full page photos (4 or so pictures per page) with nice margins fit better into the file. :)

January 22, 2010: Bogus RFE corrected through congressional inquiry "EAD waiting on biometrics only" Read about it here.

March 15, 2010: AOS interview - RFE for I-693 vaccination supplement - CS signed part 6!

March 27, 2010: Green Card recieved

ROC:

March 1, 2012: Mailed ROC package

March 7, 2012: Tracking says "notice left"...after a phone call to post office.

curious, I do not make enough, a couple thousand short, however I do have a seperate savings account that i've had for many years now. does that apply towards what i need to have to sponsor him???

Yes it counts. But you need to have saved about three times the amount of money you are lacking.

You can't find it because there really are no hard and fast rules for the I-134. All the instructions say is the sponsor must have adequate finances.

So some if not most consulates go by the rules for the I-864, which you will file later on for his adjustment of status. For an income shortfall at that time, the rules are specific that cash assets must be three times what the sponsor lacks (for a family based adjustment).
