Yeah, go ahead and get his stamp from visiting you as well, if it's easy enough. You should be very solid. Describe on your supplemental sheet the three visits with dates that correspond to the three pieces of documentation that back them up--be factual instead of telling a romantic story. "We met like this, then visited on this date, and this one, and this one." Not really necessary to list more than one meeting but can't hurt and doesn't overwhelm them with data.

Send maybe 8 photos. They don't really need more than 3 or 4. You can position them in a document, maybe 4 to a page, with names and dates beneath each, and print it out on regular paper. I did printing on photo paper, cut them out, put them in plastic bags and stapled them to blank sheets of paper, but that may have been overkill. I've heard seasoned veterans describe the simple layout-print out method as perfectly acceptable. Just remember to label each pic.

I would put your passport photos (not the stamp evidence, but the photos you need to include) in plastic bags stapled or clipped to a sheet of paper with names written on back of the photos.

With our photos from England, New York and England again, I'm putting where they were taken, should I put the actual addresses? I have ourselves clearly staed in the picture, and the dates and if it was at a restaurant or where it was taken. Is that alright?

WOW, that is expensive. After that is all done, I'm curious as to how difficult it would be for us to go visit his family on holiday in England?

Once the AOS process is complete, your husband would be issued his green card. You would be able to go visit his family.

When you apply for AOS, you will also want to apply for Advanced Parole (AP)[form I-765], that would allow your husband to travel outsdie the USA borders while the AOS process is in-progress.

You can put the addresses if you have them, but not really important. Names, city, date.

should I do entire conversations then? and what about personal stuff, there are some conversations i wouldn't deem appropriate for other eyes? that sounds really bad but .... and we were friends first, then dated, but have kept close since we've dated and we're basically back together now of course since we're doing this. should i just do from when we dated onwards??? or start at the beginning of our friendship (9years ago)

You can use a black pen to block out some personal things or just pick a different conversation that doesnt have personal things in it. =)

hm you could include some from 9 years ago but I would mainly go with newer chats/convos. Stuff within the last 2 years.

Question, on the G325A form, it asks about applicants residence for the past 5 years, i'd have to put down my uni address in london as well as daniels address if i stayed with him too????
