OK now my wife with me in Egypt and when we got the package from the embassy they give me some forms like DS230 and I864 and I-864A and I-864W.her income low so she will need co-sponsor then someone send me an e-mail said not every forms u will need

u just need DS230 and two of I-864`s one for ur wife to fill out and one for the co-sponsor because the co-sponsor not live with her in the same house

now my question is my wife need to back to the states to fill out that form I-864 or she can fill out it from Egypt then send my all documents ( she has the 1040 return tax too for 2008 & 2009 ) with her right now

if she need to back where she can finish that form I-864

then i send the documents so when she back to the states she can send me the co-sponsor form

She can complete the I-864 anywhere. She will need to complete the form and send all the needed supporting documents.

Also, the cosponsor will complete their own form and include all needed supporting documents as well. This will be sent in the same package as your wife's I-864.

reminder - this is a DCF case.

re: I-864 - for a co-sponser - that co-sponser will fill out an I-864, include tax transcripts, an employment letter, and 2 to 6 months of pay stubs. irs transcript info can be found here ->

http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=110571,00.html

and can be obtained via

--postal mail - up to 2 weeks

--fax - same day

--walk in to IRS office - 90 minutes or less

once the co-sponser has the I-864 fully prepared, then should mail it/express it / courier / DHL/UPS/FEDEX (whatever) to YOUR WIFE IN EGYPT.

The co-sponser can download the I-864 form at http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3730.html

so no need to wait on yer wife to 'send via postal mail' to co-sponser this form, when it's blank. Download it, go forth.

Good Luck !
