hello everybody just want to ask here im planning to study outside

US i have a 2 yr permanent resident card and my permanent resident will just turn 1 yr this oct.

i have a few questions:

1. do i need to file the re entry permit ( i have advanced parole )i am planning to go back here in US before 6 mos.

2. i have a baby what paperworks do i need to send so she can go with me.

You're going to be out of the usa for 6 months or less so a re-enntry permit is not required. A for your child travelling with u.... Just to be on the safe side you u get aletter from the mother saying she know about the travel and authorize it. Know that the chilf will need a passport as well.

1. No re-entry permit required if you return in less than six months. Your advance parole expired when you got your green card.

2. Is the baby a US citizen? If yes, then you need a US passport for the child. If not then the baby will need a green card as well as it's foreign passport.

05/01/2013 - Removal of Conditions - APPROVED!
