Hey everyone! Its been a long time since i've posted. Two years have gone by fast! I have all of the paperwork and evidence ready to send out for my husband's removal of conditions and I just have two questions:

1. When I put the evidence with the application how do I arrange it? Do I need a cover letter describing what I have, or tabs, or do I just put it all behind my application and let them look through it?

2. How likely is an interview? Is it a random process or do they only do it if they dont believe you? I'm just curious what others experiences are.

Thanks!

Always do a cover letter, it helps them with what the package is and you can list the order of the papers for them to find it more easly. Then just paper clip it all together and stuff it in the envelope. Make sure you put the address on it before you stuff it tho, might be hard to write on after its stuffed.

Interview seems to be 50/50 some say it depends on how much evidence some say that doesnt matter some times either. Just make sure you both go to the interview if you get one.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Always do a cover letter. Use one paragraph to tell the I.O. who you guys are.

If you file jointly (you both sign the cover letter!), your chances to be called to an interview are probably less than 10%, more like 4 or 5..

There is no room in this country for hyphenated Americanism. When I refer to hyphenated Americans, I do not refer to naturalized Americans. Some of the very best Americans I have ever known were naturalized Americans, Americans born abroad. But a hyphenated American is not an American at all . . . . The one absolutely certain way of bringing this nation to ruin, of preventing all possibility of its continuing to be a nation at all, would be to permit it to become a tangle of squabbling nationalities, an intricate knot of German-Americans, Irish-Americans, English-Americans, French-Americans, Scandinavian-Americans or Italian-Americans, each preserving its separate nationality, each at heart feeling more sympathy with Europeans of that nationality, than with the other citizens of the American Republic . . . . There is no such thing as a hyphenated American who is a good American. The only man who is a good American is the man who is an American and nothing else.

I just checked back previous monthly fillers thread here in VJ ROC forum and these were chances of interview...

Jan 2010.... 1 case / 70 applicants

Feb 2010.... 1 case / 39 applicants

Mar 2010.... 2 cases / 56 applicants

Apr 2010.... 0 case / 52 applicants

May 2010.... 0 case / 54 applicants

June 2010.... 1 case / 56 applicants

So, I would say less than 5%...
