I have a question about the I-134 it is my understanding that you need to have verification of employment.

My company uses an online type of verification, you have website to go to and put in your information etc and it returns a status, Is this type of verification information a valid proof of employment or is a letter from the company on company letter head better? I do not know if I can get my company to write such a letter it is a pretty good size company and they provide this type of service so I wanted to know before I go asking them for a letter.

tax returns, w2s, stating you make above the 125% of poverty guidelines. Paystubs up till the most recent available before the interview. Bank statements, or a letter from employer. The letter from employer is not the only thing needed for I-134 and its not the only thing looked at. We never included a letter from employer and I know a bunch of others who didnt include that and only used tax returns, W2s and paystubs + bank statements.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.
