Yes - it is required -

You either need to get the vaccinations needed, or another waiver showing the conditions of the first waiver is still valid.

Are you pregnant? I ask this since you said "possible".

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

For form I-751? Removal of Conditions? No - there is no requirement to provide vaccination information on the I-751 - only on the I-485 - adjustment of status. I had a blanket waiver on medical vaccinations on the K-1 due to having had several of the illnesses instead of the vaccinations. There is no further requirement for vaccination information. None was asked for and I provided none. You would find it useful to read over the exact form and the instructions, You will see that the Removal of Conditions is focused solely on proving that you have a valid marriage to a US citizen that wasn't entered into for fraudulent purposes.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
