Yes I rent a house here, I own property back in AUS, amongst other countries. I'm not interested in owning property here.

Come to think of, that's a bit strange since the last time you talked about where you lived, you had a lease on an apartment and that's why you couldn't go back home because you were paying $1800 month rent.

Yeah I learned the same thing from after reading a few of his posts. It gets to be quite tiresome.

You two think alike, so your opinion is expected. For example, guys who hate foreigners, yet marry one.

I am delighted that you are not obsessed, yet remember things about me. Though, if you are going to remember something, at least remember what I actually said, rather than what you want me to have said.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.

So you rent an apartment in the US but own several properties in several different countries. If I may ask, in which countries do you own property?

It has already been covered before, so I am not going to explain it yet again.

Trusting my gut after I first got here and analyzed the market, was the smartest move I ever did, otherwise I too would have been burned.

You're not going to explain because you don't remember what you posted before, and since it wasn't true anyway, it's best to remain silent. And you did say you rented an apartment and you gave a figure for your yearly lease because I remember another user or two giving you a hard time that it must not be in a very good area for the price you were paying.

His houses in multiple foreign countries must be paid for in full because you could make $750,000 a year and still be STRUGGLING to pay off 3 mortgages.

Not sure how taxes are in these foreign countries but my pops owns a 1 million dollar home and taxes alone run about $14,000 each year.

India, gun buyback and steamroll.

A man of BY's esteem wouldn't have a mortgage.

He must have made some very wise investments, or married into or was born into money, because engineers really don't make that kind of money to purchase mult-million dollar homes all across the world:

Ahh spook, 5 or 10 of the same people disagree with me, hardly amounts to the forum. Though, there is only one poster who is obsessed and that is you girlfriend.

Interesting considering the median salary [per person] is $53K USD, so $69K sounds like a BA in eng salary. I do not know of any blue-collar workers let alone engineers earning such a low salary there.

Yeah we don't not have personal property taxes there, as they use a different tax structure.

We can also negative gear, which was scrapped in the US decades ago.

Name me one person who agrees with you. It should be easy. And by your statistics, only 5-10 disagree, so you should be able to name at least that many who are one the same side as you.

Same can be said about you.

Yes, we don't like each other, now get over it.
