I received a new RFE, the first one because I did not write the case number on all my original documents sent. All these documents are lost. I resubmitted certified copies of all civil documents except for the police clearance I sent another original. This time the NVC requested me to send new Police Clearance from Attorney General but Police Clearance are issued only in my country from the Director of Public Prosecutions. The NVC also requested the Certified Divorce Degree from the Civil Status Office which sent me to the Supreme Court Registry where Certified Divorce degree are issued. What should I do as the Authorities requested by the NVC do not issue any of the original documents requested? Thanks for your help.

Time to call in to NVC,

get a Supervisor

tell that person exactly what you've typed above,

and then ask the Supervisor to request a 'second eyeball review' of the civil documents, passing along what you've told to the Supervisor, into the Review Team.

A Supervisor can't review yer stuff,

but

A Supervisor can request this 'second review' and take down notes on what yer saying. Be prepared to send your words again, via email, if asked.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
