is there is anyway, they would change what they said, they didnt say visa approval, they just say am eligable, is that means anything, i dont care for waiting, but waiting for approval or not, that will hurt!

Frankly, they can do what they like. They can tell you that you are approved/eligible and once the checks come back they can say you are not approved/eligible. There's NO GUARANTEES in this process. Also, there's no timeline in this process, some are waiting for 2 months and some are waiting for 2 years. There's no rhyme or reason in this process. There is a deluge of inconsistency in this process. There's nothing the Senator, Congressman, President, Lawyers and the CO can do for you at this point.

Best advice for you is....PATIENCE. I pray to Allah (swt) that you will be with your love one before Ramadan.
