Hi Everyone,

So on the approval letter it is required to bring copies and originals of EVERYTHING sent with the AOS package. Well, I didn't make copies of what I sent so am I out of luck? I mean sure, I can re-fill out the same forms again. I have all of my original tax forms and my husband's medical but that's it. Any ideas? Thank you for your time.

The main reason you bring copies is incase they misplaced something. Re-writing the forms isn't really going to help you because what if on one of the forms you wrote a typo? That typo wouldn't be on the new form...

You should be okay without it but as a piece of advice.. you should be keeping copies of EVERYTHING you've sent to USCIS and received from them. I have everything from K1 to now (GC received).. and so does everyone else I know. It's a long process, one where mistakes and delays happen and where information is VERY important.

Best of luck to you
