AOS Sent - How Many Days till I hear from USCIS?

Hiya! I've already sent our AOS application to the Chicago lock box.

Starting to worry now... They haven't cashed my checks yet ;(

It was delivered on a Saturday, so do I start counting in on Monday (Sept. 20)?

4/18/2016 (Day 1) - Package sent to Lewisville, TX

4/22/2016 (Day 3) - Received Package

4/25/2016 (Day 6) - $680 Cleared on credit card

4/29/2016 (Day 10) - Biometrics Scheduled

5/10/2016 (Day 20) - Early Biometrics (Walk in) Originally scheduled for 5/18 @ 2pm

8/16/2016 (Day 120) - Scheduled for an interview

It takes at least a week and often more (you can look at my sig for an example). Of course Saturday they are not working, so never count the weekends. If you are starting to worry already, you will have a long road ahead. Calm down and all will go well.

At least 1 to 2 weeks is the average. Did you sign up for email/text alerts? Once you get those you will get your receipt numbers.

01/2006 - Filed k1(1st time)

04/2006 - Interview (1st time) denied

Waited, waited...... no review

06/2009 - Filed k1 (2nd time)

09/2009 - NOA 2 approved

12/2009 - Interview (2nd time) APPROVED! VISA ISSUED

02/2010 - Arrived USA

04/2010 - Married

4/26/2010-Received texts and emails 7th day

4/30/2010-Received NOA's(Hardcopies) 11th day

5/3/2010-Received ASC appointment notice(mailed 4/29/2010)14th day

5/7/2010-Walk-in Biometrics done(2 weeks earlier)18th day

5/13/2010-Case transferred to CSC

6/2/2010- Case received/resumed at CSC

6/28/2010- EAD production and touch on AP

02-27-18 - Interview and Oath Ceremony. Finally US CITIZEN!

Wife sent her package on the 16th and it got there on the 20th. She got her acceptance e-notifications today. Check hasnt been cashed yet that I can see but I expect it to be on Monday.

Just wondering how can I find out if my AOS has been "touched"? I got my hard copy of EAD and the AOS app yesterday.

01-28-10 : Sent I-129F

01-29-10 : Received at CSC signed by L. Fairbank

02-01-10 : NOA1

02-02-10 : Check was Cashed

02-02-10 : TOUCHED on USCIS website

02-06-10 : NOA1 HardCopy in the Mail

03-04-10 : TOUCHED

03-04-10 : NOA2 PETITION APPROVED

03-05-10 : Text Message & E-mail (wow that was quick, thank you Jesus) :) 31 days

03-05-10 : TOUCHED on USCIS website

03-08-10 : TOUCHED on USCIS website

03-08-10 : NOA2 HardCopy received

04-09-10 : TOUCHED again on USCIS website (Pls let them mail it out to NVC) 1 mth & 5 days NVC still does not have it :(

Hi i ask the same question last wednesday and as they said wait for a couple of days and the USCIS will Notify you. I received an email the day after I post my worried.. So chill up U will receive your's soon..

But why haven't I received mine? Maybe there is something wrong with my application? I put the I-130 packet in a different envelope and the e-notification on my I-485 packet... so I-130/evidence is on a separate envelope Or maybe its the wrong address? Im starting to get worried more now that I saw your message! :crying:
