It took a long time but we finally got it.

Our case been forgotten I guess but I called the Uscis and they sent a message to the California service center, and the day right after we received the update.

Here is the link again to call them if your case is being delayed as well (4-5Month)

We had sent our Aos application on february 27th!! :P

oh and for some reason they skipped the interview...

Is it the USCIS Call Center that sent a message to the California Service Center? I am curious. Each time I talked to an immigration officer at USCIS I am told that there is no real processing time for I485 passed on marriage and that I just have to wait my turn...

Congratulations anyway! Enjoy your (almost) 2 years of "USCIS free" :)

Yes it seems so, I'm not exactly sure but I told them I was way out of the timeline and after telling me her speech and reading all her paperwork I guess

and asking me tons of question she finally said that.

I think some uscis workers are lazy and sometime you have to call twice or drop the call when you think someone is not helping.

No I did not since I didn't need it but i'm sure it would have been faster than that for those 2 if I had

Here is the link I forgot to type it earlier >.<

I am still waiting on the AOS, but the EAD and AP were relatively quick to come. About 60 days after NOA1 for both. I am glad I did apply for it, because I can work and travel now even with the AOS pending. If not I would be going NUTZO!!!
