work permit

my husband had his biometrics done on July 18 and since then we heard nothing until few days ago that i checked the status online and it said that his work permit was returned to them as un deliverable due to wrong addresss. i called them , they had the correct address and i just didn't understand why. she said we will be contacted within 30 days. i called another time and they said they can only make changes or anything to the case every 30 days so i just have to wait. the problem is that the website still shows the same message. i don't know what to expect now. had anyone experienced the same?

Make an infopass appointment and get your local office to sort it out.... the 0800 number are not USCIS officers thay only have limited access to your case....

If you wait the 30 days as they have said and then call again they will tell you that they will send another request and to call back in another 30 days...

Infopass can get it fixed....

Is your name on your mailbox? If not there's a good chance that's why it wasn't delivered.
