Yes, they are for all K1 visa applicants (beneficiaries).

Thanks, I'm sure I read a thread which mentioned only male applicants with a certain age group need to fill that particular form out. I guess it must of been an old thread.

The DS-157 was for male only and women from certain countries (forgot now). Then sometime early 2009ish a female UK person reported she got to the interview and they wanted her DS157. Weird at the time. As London has subsequently updated their instructions on the webpage, they have everyone do it now regardless of age or gender.

Found the reference for London P3, when they used to actually mail out printed instructions. DS-157 was for all male applicants age 16-45 plus all female applicants age 16 and older who held passports from China, Cuba, Iran, Lybia, North Korea, Russia, Sudan, or Syria.
