It’s been 2 month and 4 days since I have submitted my petition and last touch was on 4th august since then no update. Just wanted to ask is it happening with anyone else. Regards

you are panicing too early give it couple of more months ,normally you dont get lots of updates in petition for most of straight cases it is only two step procedure filing petition and recieving approval which takes from 3-5 months .

There's a lot of bureaucratic red tape involved with a petition, like Nuni said, don't panic just yet.

Our NOA1 date is June 22, 2010 and it has only been "touched" on June 24, 2010. From what I have read and heard LOTS of people don't have "touched" updates listed and go from accepted to approved Hang in there!

I actually had the same question as I have not gotten any "touch status" on our case either... Good to know I'm not the only one.. a little comforting.

Confirm. You don't need to start panicking. The process can take up to 5 months, and it is notoriously slow.
