:) you are panicing too early give it couple of more months ,normally you dont get lots of updates in petition for most of straight cases it is only two step procedure filing petition and recieving approval which takes from 3-5 months .

no bro, i am not panicing at all, i know how long it will go or how much time it will take, just curious about touch thing, all is fine

Our NOA1 date is June 22, 2010 and it has only been "touched" on June 24, 2010. From what I have read and heard LOTS of people don't have "touched" updates listed and go from accepted to approved :) Hang in there!
