k1 visa affidavit of support

For k1 visa i found checklist in packet received from embassy, i write a email to embassy and look at below for their reply.

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that Affidavit of Support (I -864) is not a requirement for K category visas, neither our office asked for such requirement for the subject case.

Timeline

The I-864 is for the AOS part of your case. Most consulates take the I-134, not the I-864.

The I-864 is for the AOS part of your case. Most consulates take the I-134, not the I-864.

you are rite, i asked embassy for the I-134 now, i will add their answer here.
