Bad Luck at NVC

Dear Fellow!!!

How are you doing guys!!!! I have been dissapointed by NVC last few months. I was waiting for my wife's IV fee bill for whole month of August. but, on 3rd September, I was told by NVC supervisor that My wife's petition has been returned to USCIS for review. #######!!!! I was socked & asked why they sent back my approval to USCIS for review? Supervisor told me that they have found an error with priority date. NVC is not authorized to do fix the problem, thats why they have to send my wife's petition back to USCIS for review. On 10h September, USCIS website changed the status to Case received from State department for review & changed again on 20th Sept, USCIS reaffiriming the approval for this case & returned to state Department for Visa processing.I called NVC today, they told me that they haven't received my case yet from USCIS office! I dont know what to tell? Just bad luck....after 2.5 yrs waiting I got this beautiful gift from USCIS & NVC. I dont know why they didnt check it at begining before NVC sent AOS FEE bill? I guess the officer was hanged over, or may spilled coffee on keyboard(lol).I hope I don have to pay again AOS FEE BILL!
