Keep in mind that if something happens, student loans can never ever be bankrupted; so you are stuck with them for life. This is the US of A, due to corrupt greedy bastards screwing over the country for a profit, things always happen.

How do you feel about the original post, though?

I'm not convinced it was the University Professors, at all - I actually think was part of the 'federal fundraising campaign' that goes on with admin and janitorial staff.

It's not hard to believe at all. I personally want to support republicans, as I detest various ideologies of lib yanks, but they just make it too hard.

I think it's quite obvious to why so many professors do not support Repubs, as the party is going in an extreme direction. Realistically, how can anyone support a party who says country first, yet flat-out refuses to invest in America or on Americans? Unless it comes to military, as even borrowing a gazillion dollars for that is cool.

I think even an elementary student, who has not been brainwashed by their parents, can see the problem with that rationale.

I don't know where you live but it sounds like you are a mid-westerner. Therefore, "those of us who do work blue collar jobs that earn over 100K a year if not more" is not the norm, certainly not in the mid-west; which not only looks like an abandoned ghost ship, but is also reflected by the high unemployment rates and extremely low property prices.

I read all of your other points, yet none of them illustrate or explain how those you call socialist, are beating [almost annihilating] you in the area you value the most - money.

The thing about places so many unfortunately and erroneously demonize and call socialist, is that people would ask why don't you deserve a decent wage? Why should some idiot Entertainer or athlete get paid millions, while hard working Americans not paid a livable wage for a fair days work? To add insult to injury, told to just cut back. Cut back, from what? What’s left to cut back? Forget about the welfare the rest of the first world provides, I am just talking about salaries and benefits for Americans who work.

Some say well Americans are pro small businesses but tax them too much. Just the other day I read a study illustrating that 6% of Americans were self-employed, versus over 12% of Australians. How can these equivalent businesses be doing so well in so-called socialist countries?

I'll give you an example: I called a friend of mine the other day who owns a franchise lawn care business that he started with next to nothing. Same job here would be carried out by illegal aliens so no one else would have a chance to earn a decent living period. He generates close to $100K from the various contracts he has, his father in law helps him every now and then and he also does landscaping jobs on the side. The point of the story is that this guy is self-employed yet when I called him, he was on a 9 day quick trip to Europe. Now you tell me, how many equivalent people are able to honestly do the same here? Close up and take their third vacation for a year, which costs over $2K.

For me, I see two totally different systems and after five years, I get to gauge the outcome of both. By far, models like AUS or Canada or various other countries now provide the average Joes [most of us] with the largest opportunities and highest Q.O.L; why I support this so strongly.
