Hello.

I'm having a condition green card.

My wife and me was in a good faith, but she changed a lot after we got married and we decided to divorce.

I know that we have to file form I 751 to remove my condition.

So I wonder that Do i have to file the form right after I receive our divorce decree and our divorce is final, or I have to wait until the 90 days before the second anniversary to file the form ?

Thank you very much for helping me out here.

You need to file when you get divorced, since your conditional residency is based on your marriage.

You'll probably get more answers in the "Major Changes" forum. Might want to ask a mod to move your post. Good luck! :)
