Hello all,

I am in the midst of filling out my DS-230 form. Question 35 states : List all previous visits to or residences in the United States. Give type of visa status if known. Give DHS "a" number if any.

I do not have a record of EVERY SINGLE time I have entered the USA from Canada the last 23 years of my life. Does anyone know the correct way to answer this question??????????

Thanks to all who reply! I really appreciate it.

Shannon :)

I would suggest you search the forums a bit before posting questions I answered this exact same question about a day or two ago...I don't know how to attach links so I cant give you the link but in general you can put

"frequent visits to the US of no longer than X (insert longest time frame) days/weeks/months for recreational purposes (as long as yu never entered for business if you entered for buisness as well "Recreation/Buisness") and then when it asks for the Visa # you put CDN Citizen Visa not required.
