What's the best thing to do when it comes to sending the I-129 package?

Dallas or Vermont? :whistle:

September 6th: received SS#
September 26th, 2011: AOS sent
September 30th, 2011: NOA1
October 6th, 2011: NOA1 hard copy
October 26th,2011: Biometrics
October 28th, 2011: case transferred to California for faster processing
December 5th, 2011: received EAD/AP card
February 22nd, 2012: Green card in production
February 27th, 2012: GREEN CARD in hand, yaaay!!!




November 10th, 2013: ROC

You mean the I-129F package? (I-129 is a different petition)

Best if you follow the instructions on where to file...I believe it's the Dallas Lock Box (based on which state the US citizen fiance(e) lives)....then you don't have to worry too much about it getting lost in transit (for the most part, anyhow). Mail it by USPS with Delivery Confirmation.

N-400 Timeline

02-23-2018: Sent N-400 Application online

02-23-2018: Date on NOA, retrieved from online account

02-23-2018: Date on Biometrics Appointment Letter (Biometrics Appointment at Jacksonville ASC on March 13, 10:00 a.m.)

03-08-2018: Biometrics complete

04-05-2018: Case status updated - Interview Scheduled on May 10, 2018, 10:15 a.m. :D

05-10-2018: Citizenship Interview - Passed English and Civics Tests, Recommended for Approval! :D 

06-19-2018: Received email and text notification: Naturalization Ceremony Scheduled; waited for letter to be uploaded on online account - it has been set on Wednesday, July 25, 3:00 p.m.

07-25-2018: I am now a U.S. Citizen!

All I-129F go to Texas now. They forward them to Vermont of California. Good luck!

Best thing to do is FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS. Dallas is the new location for submissions

Thank you!!! I sent it to Dallas, so I guess I did the right thing!! For somehow I'm still insecure about all the forms and all that, even though the guide says it all.. I just want it to be "perfect" LOL :blush: Thanks again for yalls reply! :innocent:

Dutchess, your package went to Dallas, TX 75266 and it's correct. After the check will be cashed in Dallas, TX, your I-129F will be forwarded to your service center. If your fiance lives in one of these states: Connecticut, Delaware, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia, Washington D.C., and West Virginia, then Vermont is your service center(VSC). If he lives in one of the others, then it's California(CSC).

02 DEC 2019 - NOA1

23 MAR 2020 - NOA2
