Is the 800 immigration court phone number reliable?

is 800-898-7180 always accurate and reliable? I've already sent my AOS package but I'm not sure if I'm under immigration proceedings or not.. the only reason why I think I might be is because I've overstayed since 1998, when I was eleven, and I'm now 23 years old.. my mom tried to adjust my status a while back but it ultimately got denied because a requested document was never returned to USCIS.. they never knew my updated address so they could have very well tried to send me something in the mail and I just never knew about it. So that's why I'm asking about the 800# because I was told by an attorney that if I was under immigration proceedings, I could find out by calling that... the system can't find me in their system though so I'm wondering if it's always acurate... I hope so.

I guess if I am, the $1010 fee I paid for the I-485 just went to hellll :( Does anyone know if I will have to pay the fee again if I have to re-file it through the court? I'm very nervous about this..

Day 35: 10/20/10 - I-102 application APPROVED

Day 38: 10/23/10 - Received I-102 approval letter and replacement I-94

Day 47: 11/01/10 - Biometrics done

Day 47: 11/01/10 - I-485 & I-765 TOUCHED

Day 50: 11/04/10 - Interview Notice for 12/16/10

Day 61: 11/15/10 - EAD Card Production Ordered (E-mail)

Day 64: 11/18/10 - EAD Card Production Ordered - 2nd order (E-mail)

Day 65: 11/19/10 - I-765 Notice of Approval Mailed (E-mail)

Day 68: 11/22/10 - Received EAD in the mail

Day 92: 12/16/10 - Interview APPROVED!!!

Day 92: 12/16/10 - Alien Registration Card Production Ordered (E-mail)

Day 96: 12/20/10 - Received "Welcome to the United States..." letter

Day 96: 12/20/10 - Received I-130 Approval letter

Day 98: 12/22/10 - Alien Registration Card Mailed (E-mail)

Day 103: 12/27/10 - Received Alien Registration Card!
