I am just a little bit confused about filling this part out where they are asking you for "application type".

My wife and I are married. I am a USC, my wife a Canadian on B1Visa expires 1/2011 currently in the US.

It asks the question of "I am applying for adjustment to permanent resident status because:"

Do I pick choice "H" --> Other basis of eligbility: Then list the reason? or

should I pick choice "A" --> An immigrant petition giving me an immediately available immigrant visa number that has been approved (Attach a copy of the approval notice, or a relative, special immigrant juvenile, or special immigrant military visa peition filed with this application that will give you an immediately available visa number, if approved)

1/15/10 - Moved in together
9/3/10 - Marriage
11/10/10 - Filed AOS at Chicago lockbox
11/12/10 - AOS package received
11/17/10 - NOA1
12/27/10 - Biometrics --> canceled due to snow condition
1/18/11 - Advance Parole approved
1/26/11 - Biometrics Completed
1/31/11 - EAD in production
2/7/11 - EAD Recieved
2/18/11 - Applied for SSN
2/28/11 - Received SS Card
8/5/11 - Interview letter mailed
9/8/11 - Interview @9am
9/9/11 - Card Production
9/20/11 - Received Green Card

7/2013 - Submitted Removal of Condition

9/2013 - Biometrics Completed

11/20/2013 - NOA1 - Request for Evidence

12/20/2013 - RFE returned

1/2014 - 10 year green card approved.

She doesnt have an immigrant petition. She has a B1 - 'Visitor for Business'

She entered as a visitor and got married to a US citizen.

The I-130 is an immigrant petition. It is attached. You put A. (At least we did). It is confusing with the concurrent filing, but the I-130/I-485 understands that. Good luck!

Yes, to what Harpa said. Make sure you file the I-130 package with the I-485 package (both packages, in the same envelope).
