SchatzieCharlie Is it safe for me and my son to travel to US this January 2011 or the earlier the better as not to have "LACK OF TIME" for all the processes we need to undergo once we arrived there? Got our VISA approved this September 2010. Need advice.=)

hi, in reply to ur post why u need to wait that long in the first place .majority of the applicants wants to go there quick( esp. me hmmm. i really missed him so much ) to be with their fiance but on ur part kinda unique what makes u decide to travel by next year and i dont understand why u were tellin its lack of time i guess what u want to explain is it due to year ender is that what u mean? or something else for me its better for u leave right away rather than to schedule it by next year but if u have sort of confusion in going there this year better to explain or confide it to ur fiance if u have anything that bothers u so that ur relationship will not suffer at the end.anyweyz, what ever ur decision is ill respect it. Godbless:D and have a nice day ahead

Well if what you wanna know is if you will have any issues for going to the USA months later after you were appoved.. I think you wont have any issues.. I think your visa would expire in Feb 2011 or march.. so if you leave in January you would still have time! so I think you would be fine.. maybe they will ask you why it took so long for you to go over there.. but you can explain your reasons... I got my visa Approved in August 31 and I wish I could have left right away .. I miss my fiance so much.. but since I didnt know if my visa was gonna be approved or if I was gonna have any kind of delay, I couldnt book a ticket and I couldnt quit my job either! so now my trip will be for novermeber! I wish I could have left THIS MONTH! but I had stuff to do before leaving (like quitting and working a month notice, getting other stuff sorted out)... so Im sure they would understand!.. you can explain to them the real reasons.. maybe things you had to do before leaving...just my experience.. and like randy said most people leave RIGHT AWAY! but I think there are others that have things to do before leaving! so yeah!

just BE CAREFUL WITH THE DATE YOUR VISA EXPIRES
