My I129 just got approved and info was sent to embassy on August 11...is there anyone out there who is going through the Delhi embassy ?

2006-03-02: NOA1

2006-07-24: NOA2

2006-07-31: Case received by NVC

2006-08-01: Case leaves NVC to New Delhi Consulate via DHL

2006-08-04: Case received by New Delhi Consulate

2006-08-08: Packet 3 mailed out by consulate

2006-08-17: DS-230 Part I couriered to consulate

2006-08-23: Got interview date (email and telephone confirmation)

2006-08-28: Picked-up packet 4 from the consulate, counter 16 (between 2 PM and 3 PM)

2006-09-20: Interview Date (VISA Approved!!!)

2006-09-23: Picked up Passport with VISA from Blue Dot courier office (VFS did not hold it)

2006-09-27: Reached Home!!! (POE Chicago)

yeah.. I just found a pdf file for all the interview dates for K3 on DELHi embassy site given by the case number ......for August ....I am unable to understand if they are gonna mail my husband anything or if I just need to send DS-230 straight away to them....

The August file was published in the 3rd week of July. The September interview dates will be pulished next week (boy, I am waiting for that :-). I had emailed the emabassy asking them if they had sent packet 3 to my wife and they actually responded back saying that they had. Then my wife called them (got through after 30 minutes of trying) and actually spoke to a guy in the Immigration visa section who told her that since her packet had been mailed out, she could actually come to the Delhi Consulate, go to counter 17, get a DS-230 part I, fill it out right there and submit it. After that, the interview date will be sent over in packet 4.

So.. if it's possible for your hubby (it was not for my wife), you could potentially speed up this process (like a New Delhi shortcut <grin>)
