There are several posts here with sample interview questions you can go over. Also there are specific Mumbai Interview reviews on the site as well.

In addition you can make sure to organize all your documents together cleanly so they can easily be retrieved and also look over all the documents that have been submitted (I-130 petition, I-864 petition & IV docs) to make sure you are aware of your case and prepared for any questions.
