Hi,

If I have my Congressman/Senator call the USEM in the PHilippines and request to expedite visa issuance, what is the TN to the USEM where my Congressman/Senator can call? And how long are we going to get the Visa if we involved these Politicians? Please advise.

Apparently my idiot neighbors are threatening my parents with a moot legal action and I feel that my parents are not safe to stay there any longer. USEM requested that we provide additional documents I864A and the documents were mailed yesterday. The interview has been completed and this is supposedly the last step in me petitioning my parents to move here in the States. I am thinking of contacting my Congressman/Senator to help expedite the process. Let me know if you have more questions. Any info will help.

the congressman/senator's office has an immigration liason staffer there.

and each ILS human knows who to contact at each embassy, you don't need to provide that info - they already have it.

Suggest you move quick, though, as many ILS humans are being retasked this week to cover re-election campaigns.

Good Luck !

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
