You're still a Filipino citizen with a Philippine passport, so you would need to secure visas to enter the European countries you are planning to visit.

Re-entering the U.S. shouldn't be a problem, your K3 visa is a multiple entry visa good for 2 years.

You will be travelling on your Philippines passport so any visa requirements would still need to be met. The K3 has no bearing outside the US.

Ya, you can leave USA and come back into USA

but

you will need a ANOTHER VISA to enter the European country of choice.

The K-3 visa 'gets you into USA' at the POE, when yer returning, and that's about it.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

oof. I believe the answers above, but I am such a worry wart, i wouldn't want to try and re-enter. I would play it safe. :) but that's me.

My wife travelled outside of US and returned back on K-3 visa. No problems whatsoever when she returned back. It is a multiple entry visa into US that valid for 2yrs.

Ready2K1 - the OP is not asking if she can return to the US on a K-3, she is asking if she can use the K-3 to tavel to Europe

The short answer is no, the K3 is good for US entry, not European Entry. You need any and all visa requirements for your citizenship

You are right, I was replying to one poster (Anna and Ali) where she mentioned that she was worried to re-enter on K3. I was just talking about reentry to US and not about entry to Europe. ...

Depending on where you want to travel in Europe, you would only need one Visa. As long as you are going to Schengen countries then my understanding is you would apply for a visa to the country where you are arriving and that visa will be good for your trip. Most of Europe are Schengen countries with the exception of Switzerland (maybe Spain). In reality, the POE and the departure airports are the only places that it is sure to be checked. Most of the borders are open now, but there are roving border controls so, as always, be sure to have your passport and travel documents with you.
