I filling out form G-325a for me (US Citizen) and the space that asks for Applicant's residence last 5 years... do I enter my US based addresses... I have been in Turkey but not for a year straight.. was here for 8 months and then visited the family in the USA and came back and have been here 9 and a half months.... the reason that I ask is on the next line it asks for last address outside of the USA of more than one year... I am assuming that since I have NEVER lived in Turkey for one full year, that I would put N/A is this correct? I am confused as what to enter on both of the lines.... HELP :help:

Filed: Citizen (apr) Country: Ireland
Timeline

On the first part, I would enter all addresses, US and foreign, where you lived (ie got mail, bills etc) for the last 5 years.

On the second part, if you only visited your family in the USA, then you still officially resided in Turkey and so lived there for longer than a year. I would declare your Turkish address there (matching the one that will be on your Turkish policecert, presumably) to be safe.

I believe the two questions are separate because if, say, the applicant lived in the USA for the last 7 years, but previous to that had lived in another country for a year, they'd want you to declare that.

While I was there visitng last year, I also did taxes for tax year 2008 and used my Sisters address (where I was staying and use as my US address)... so would I also use that address as where I resided for the time that I was there? :help:
