you see tomd... i told you... they are only asking for proof... and since the embassy has already the document they needed... it's gonna be all right... i got my visa 2 days after the interview... so i think expect the good news within this week.... good luck!!!!!!!!!!! :dance:

YEs I think we might get it soon. I am flying to CA for a few weeks on Friday to see Manny fight and visit some friends. Then I will return after Thanksgiving.

She is packing her things now in preparation to the news. I told her to just put her things in Boxes because I dont need another suitcase. I am sure someone there can use it more. Wow 2 days thats quick... Now I can start sleeping again... :whistle::hehe:

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-Medical: 12/21/10- Passed :)

-Interivew: 1/6/11- PASSED :D

-Visa received- 1/13/11

-POE FLL- 1/23/11 YES! BUTTTTTTT....still not reunited :'( (Reunited on the 24th)

To Any One who have an answer.

So my Mom and dad's interview was back on 11.1.10. They were approved however my mom was given a Blue Slip for the Information Window. SHe's to Return with her Expired Passport that has her Current B1/B2 Visa so they can cancel it.

I'd like to know at what point do we get back out Certified/Original Documents... NVC was sent

My Mom/Dad/Brother & Wife and my Original BC

THey have my Brother and my Parent's Original Marriage Certificate

Total of 7 valued documents.. should they have received it after the interview on 11.1.10? OR will they give them back when my mom returns with her passport and then proceeds to DHL to send off both passports..?

I dont know about Jamaica but my wife was told they will return the original documents with her passport that is due to arrive via courier. I would also be asking for them until you get a warm and fuzzy feeling. Chances are they will return them when your completely finished ... I would also have copies that you can give them to replace the originals.

Yes Nica more than sweating. :bonk: So now we wait for it. Someone called me and has a job for me in Chicago. If they come up with the money then I will enjoy seeing her standing out in the snow. haha.. :devil:

Hahahaha. Poor Mrs. TomD, it hasn't snowed yet, but they told me the worst time is the first 2 weeks of January we'll see how it goes!

PS As of 9/11/2010, USCIS website still not updated, shows NOA-1 date and... blah blah blah. don't count on them folks.

VISA APPROVED!!!!! sorry for the delay I was in Colombia since Nov. 3 and came back yesterday. Everything was easy, no many questions but a lot of emotional tears..... finally with Mom again !!!!!! She will come in 10 days maybe, we are waiting for her passport.
