02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

02-27-2010 : Jumped the gun and emailed the VJ version of the DS 3032. Who knows what will happen :-)

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

03-02-2010 : Received DS3032 Kit; Resent DS3032 (just in case), Received AOS bill.

03-03-2010 : Paid AOS and IV bills; both are IN PROCESS

03-03-2010 : VJ email version of the DS3032 accepted (It was the one that was sent on 02-27-2010)

03-11-2010 : Both AOS + IV showed paid but processed on 03-05-2010 :-)

03-12-2010 : Mailed AOS packet. Waiting on my procrastinating hubby to send me his IV docs :-(

Yes God speed Emily

@ Loto.. Its almost seems surreal... I was looking at the Oct NVC forum and how many post that was getting. Of course I dont think anything will quite match the MARCH 2010 CR1 forum where we finally stopped at 316 pages in Sept. My wife never made a post on VJ but she did drop in a few times when I ask her to look at a link I provided her. This also explains why she was so confused because she didn't invest time on VJ to get an understanding of the process.

Now most of the Marchers I have come to know and care for will be completed in November and a few will need to get their interview in Dec or Jan. We will all go on with our lives no doubt but all of us will always remember to varying degrees our time here on VJ. Without this site this journey would have been soooooooo much different and confusing.

I am truly tired of all of this Visa stuff and cant wait for it to be over. But I will never forget it. It was similar to basic training I went through in the Army. Thinking that every month a new group of people start anew and all eager & fresh here on VJ amazes me. Its like the Never Ending Story... Good luck to all and a special heartfelt thanks to those who have dedicated so much of their time helping others go through this process.

Hello to all...Interview on November 8th. Leaving to be with the wife on the 1st for 2 weeks.

Wow beyond all others. You must be young. haha Have a Safe Flight to San Jose. I still have a friend or two in Costa Rica and enjoyed my time there. Didnt spend time on the east side as I was in the mountains and on the Pacific coast. A friend of mine from Columbia moved there and now has a B&B which she has really developed into a nice place. Costa Rica reminded me of what Early Days in Hawaii must have been like. That was back in 1990 so as always things change but I hope not to much. Enjoy your stay and hurry back ...
