02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

02-27-2010 : Jumped the gun and emailed the VJ version of the DS 3032. Who knows what will happen :-)

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

03-02-2010 : Received DS3032 Kit; Resent DS3032 (just in case), Received AOS bill.

03-03-2010 : Paid AOS and IV bills; both are IN PROCESS

03-03-2010 : VJ email version of the DS3032 accepted (It was the one that was sent on 02-27-2010)

03-11-2010 : Both AOS + IV showed paid but processed on 03-05-2010 :-)

03-12-2010 : Mailed AOS packet. Waiting on my procrastinating hubby to send me his IV docs :-(

03-15-2010 : AOS signed for by St. Laurent at 10:03 a.m.

07-19-2010 : Received IV documents from hubby (Finally)

07-20-2010 : Mailed IV packet

Yes I do, I believe that everyone in here knows the feeling of being away from your loved ones, and for this reason we should never let ourselves down because just like you and me there are so many others that are going through the same. can't have my medical this week tomd coz i have a flu... :blush: goodness..... that's y il have it by next week... umm.. i haven't receive any email yet. but my husband receive it last october 5 and forwarded it to me.. and then he told me to print it out... (pdf file). did your wife already receive her appointment letter?

I will tell her its best if she goes early like you. :lol: Then she can go back to her room and sleep if she likes later. You made it through faster than I though it would be.

please help me my case compelet on 6th oct 2010 after that no interivew date yet. i am already miss the nov interview date. do you think December is the month for interview and if you say yes when i gone to get email for interivew.

sunny29 - thanks for the clarification !!! I'm sitting in a busted time machine, rented from a Nigerian who's being interviewed in Mexico (and it shows).

Maybe you got a shot, really !!! if the final review was finished up this week, you really have a shot for scheduling for next week. Review my list of pointed questions, give it to yer USCSpouse, have them call NOW - NVC office closes in 2.5 hours.

Ok so I finally got a time for my hubby's interview, I have been communicating back and forth with the Embassy...my hubby will be picking up all the forms he needs for his medical tomorrow (Wednesday) and was told by the doctor to swing by right after and he may have the medical tomorrow...and the reason why they will not be mailing him this packet is because they say my husband case has not arrived at the embassy as of yet... WHAT? Oh I just can't wait until this is all over with!!! It's like a hurdle all the way till the end!! LOL:bonk: :bonk: :bonk:

I'm unfortunately having the same issue with the case file not being in Guyana. I want to request a new interview date from the embassy but I can't do that until they receive the case file. My husband completed his medical and has all the required documents for the interview since last Friday. However, the embassy said that they don't have the file as yet. I emailed the NVC to inquire about the case file on Sunday; I was hoping for a reply by today but nothing. I might try calling tonight, but I'm tired of waiting on hold; I might fall asleep. :wacko::blink:

Hey Guys, I redid the interview dates list. I hope you don't mind. I figure it would be easy for others to add their dates. See below. :thumbs:

November 7—13 Week Two

NVC:

02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

02-27-2010 : Jumped the gun and emailed the VJ version of the DS 3032. Who knows what will happen :-)

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

03-02-2010 : Received DS3032 Kit; Resent DS3032 (just in case), Received AOS bill.

03-03-2010 : Paid AOS and IV bills; both are IN PROCESS

03-03-2010 : VJ email version of the DS3032 accepted (It was the one that was sent on 02-27-2010)

03-11-2010 : Both AOS + IV showed paid but processed on 03-05-2010 :-)

03-12-2010 : Mailed AOS packet. Waiting on my procrastinating hubby to send me his IV docs :-(

03-15-2010 : AOS signed for by St. Laurent at 10:03 a.m.

07-19-2010 : Received IV documents from hubby (Finally)

07-20-2010 : Mailed IV packet

07-21-2010 : IV Packet signed for by Peters at 10:15 a.m. (St. Laurent and Desmond are probably on vacation lol)

07-26-2010 : NVC starts processing IV Packet

08-20-2010 : Called NVC and was told that we received a "stupid" RFE on 08-18-2010

09-03-2010 : RFE sent to the NVC today....SIF please come quickly.

09-07-2010 : RFE signed for by Desmond at 10:16 a.m.

09-10-2010 : NVC acknowledges receipt of the RFE

09-30-2010 : SIF

10-01-2010 : Case complete as per NVC AVR

10-05-2010 : Interview date assigned for November 29, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. Approved
