Whew.........!! Your message promed me to call the NVC and I was prepared to drill em....with the questions you had above.....

I got an interview for november 1 @ 830am for two people.

Hey ! good news on the prep work for drilling,

but

even better news on getting the interview date !

Does yer Embassy 'send out' appointment letters via email from NVC? If so, keep watching yer email, make sure yer spouse has printed it out - usually needed for medical exam stuff and as a 'pass' to get into the Embassy on interview day.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

Congratulations ! Yay !!! Whatcha doing/cooking to celebrate?

'overnight email' is indication of automation at NVC - someone pushed a button, that email request got queued up.

Darnell yeah :lol::lol: Oh God with my weight the last thing I need is to cook! But I am for sure celebrating. I should have though about automation... Only the best for our government workers. With all these bells and whistles it make you wonder what takes them so long to do their jobs...We with little experiance and lots of motivation see to be more responsive and timely. :hehe::yes:

@ loto Thanks looks like we have a chat date with the embassy. I hope my unemployment status doesn't confuse them to the point of denied...

@ Teya I already put a list together Look on pg 12... 7 so far and counting...

And once again thanks to all of you, for all the help, insight and guidance provided to me in these past 8 months. What an awakening. I would not have made it to this point with my sanity without all of what VJ and you have provided. I started this in March and it still amazes me that every month another group of people just as unknowing as we were are looking to do what we have done. Its almost unimaginable. Monthly Salmon migrations adrift in confusion, without knowing whats ahead. :lol: Maybe, when the USA gives amnesty to the 10 Million illegals in the US they will refund our moneys just to be fair and remove the AOS agreements we are all required to provide. :bonk::no::no::lol:

Hello and Good Morning Campers!! As nobody had done this for November yet I put together our list of members who have there interviews already scheduled. As new folks get their notices they need to add their names to the list to keep it current. I hope I got everyone but I might have missed someone if I did then accept my apology and put your name on the list. Tom,

Unemployment compensation is actually the regular income of the petitioner.

Re: Unemployment status - Just prepare some documents that you are actively looking for a job with the resume posting sites, emails to the potential employers etc. and provide to your wife. If CO asks about your job, then only just open the mouth about it and produce those documents.

Yes I know Loto . Thanks but I worked overseas my for 4 yrs so neither my employer or I pay into that. I also have been on a self-imposed retirement since Jan 2008 and dont plan on going back to work but never say never I just need to get this Visa think completed and my life settled a bit before I can even consider it.
