Welcome. I see you have your timeline data on your signature. Thats good so people can easily see it. However its not entered into the VJ system from the signature block. If you look at the top of the page you will see a button for Immigration Time lines .. Click on it and complete you time line.

I also see that your beneficiary is from Haiti. When we call the NVC we always hear if your Visa is for Haiti press one. We or I always assumed that those Visa got special or expedited service perhaps I was wrong. Perhaps you can enlighten us.

thank you, i believe the reason they have a line for Haitians was because of the earthquake. A lot of people were calling to ask questions and some people wanted their case to be expedited espcially if the case was already approved by USCIS. I feel like my case was expedited and some people have told me that their cases were also expedited, because his case was approved in a month and ten days i believe.

I30 sent 01/2010 (can't remember the exact date)

NOA1 January 29,2010

NOA2 February 26,2010 ( yes it was that fast, still Thanking God for that)

Transferred to NVC

March 5,2010, i received my case # and no visa was available

June 4,2010 received AOS bill via email and Paid the same night

June 4,2010 received Visa Application Processing bill Via email and paid the same night

July 15,2010 mailed the AOS form and documents

August 27,2010 mailed DS-230 form and documents

September 30th I thought my case complete but received an RFE later on, still in the process

Hello and Good Morning Campers!! As nobody had done this for November yet I put together our list of members who have there interviews already scheduled. As new folks get their notices they need to add their names to the list to keep it current. WHOA!!! Joshua What did you say to piss them off.. :hehe: J/K What are they telling you when you call. Are you asking to speak to a supervisor? Its doesn't seem to be the norm. I would think about what to say for a while write it down and call them again. Ask them to explain why others are getting letters and you are not.

November Interviews isn't the right place to 'hang out' with NVC procedural questions, alas.

my husband receive the email today october 5 at around 11pm.... he just forward it to me. would it be the official appointment letter to be presented during the medical and in the embassy.

Good morning all. I received the appointment letter from NVC at 130 am on Oct 6. That sort of surprised me because I would have thought that NVC finished the work day at Midnight. Now it appears not to be the case. I am guessing many of the Interviews that were found out by phone calls also received their email from NVC also... Yahoo :dance: Well it is starting to look like I can see some light at the end of this tunnel... It will still be 2 months away before my wife will be flying to the USA but now I have a date. I can prepare and I can stop wondering and guessing whats going on. What a relief. Good luck to those still waiting dont worry. If you have made it this far then you will be getting your soon. Hang in there like we all had to do and enjoy the feeling once you get yours.

5weeks case complete as of august 31st and still nothing.... what do you think guys? will i have the chance to get november interview? sigh... have to wait till the second week right?

Final Review has been taking some time, upwards of 3 weeks - please read http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/275348-november-2010-interviews/page__view__findpost__p__4221880 and call NVC with that list of questions.

It 'used to be' that final review would be completed within a week of 'case complete' at NVC - that's not been the case for August and September, alas.
