Hello my dear friends, just wanted to give you an update, Just got off the phone with Jim and my interview is November first at 1:30....He said I was the first one to be given an interview so far in Chile.... I am first of all grateful to God for guiding me to Visajourney, because I would not have had the courage to this on my own.. Thanks to all of you for all your help!!!:thumbs: :thumbs:

I am CELEBRATING by buying my plane ticket Yahoooooo!!!:dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

I am reading my posts and realize I keep saying my interview!!:rofl: :rofl: Hello!!! I am the USC my husband is the one getting the visa and going to the interview.. OUR I-R1 Journey

2010-05-25 – receives ds-3032 / I – 864

2010-05-25 – pays I – 864 bill

2010-06-09 – receives I – 864 package

2010-03-16 – receive IV bill

2010-03-16 – pay IV bill online

2010-03-18 – nvc received payment “paid”

2010-08-16 – hubby send me ds-230 forms

2010-08-20 – send ds-230 forms and civil documents at nvc through lbc

2010-09-03 – nvc receives ds-230

2010-09-18 – case completed!

2010-10-18 – medical completed - PASSED! (october 18 and 19, 2010)

2010-11-04 – interview @ 6:30am US Embassy Manila, Philippines - VISA APPROVED!!!!!

2010-11-04 - VISA RECEIVED

My baby’s CRBA journey....

2010-08-03 – call air 21 for the delivery of the crab forms

2010-08-04 – air21 deliver’s the forms

2010-08-05 – 2010-08-05 to 2010-08-19 completed the forms and required documents, except

for hubby’s tax and employment records

2010-09-17 – hubby mail his tax and other documents needed through USPS

2010-09-24 – receives hubby’s mail

2010-09-24 – call air 21 for pick –up

2010-09-28 – air 21 pick up the documents

2010-10-21 – CRBA Interview @7:30am US Embassy Manila, Philippines =- PASSED!!!!

2010-11-02 - Receives my daughter's US Passport and Certificate of Citizenship!!!

Can I join the party too???? I decided to call the NVC at 11:15 p.m. and just a few minutes before 12:00 a.m. maybe around 11:54 p.m. to be exact I was finally able to speak to a human. I believe her name was Amy or Emily (I was falling asleep waiting and she told me she was tired when she mispronounced my husband's name--just thought that was funny. Anyway, she said I have great news an interview was assigned today for your case.

It is for NOVEMBER 29, 2010 at 7:00 a.m.

So it is November after all. I am so happy that I can't sleep now and my husband will definitely be asleep now so I can't call him.

02-25-2010 : Received NVC case number, but NVC is closed, so I can't give an operator our emails. :-(

02-27-2010 : Jumped the gun and emailed the VJ version of the DS 3032. Who knows what will happen :-)

03-01-2010 : Gave the operator both emails...waiting on DS3032 kit

03-02-2010 : Received DS3032 Kit; Resent DS3032 (just in case), Received AOS bill.

03-03-2010 : Paid AOS and IV bills; both are IN PROCESS

03-03-2010 : VJ email version of the DS3032 accepted (It was the one that was sent on 02-27-2010)

03-11-2010 : Both AOS + IV showed paid but processed on 03-05-2010 :-)

03-12-2010 : Mailed AOS packet. Waiting on my procrastinating hubby to send me his IV docs :-(

03-15-2010 : AOS signed for by St. Laurent at 10:03 a.m.

07-19-2010 : Received IV documents from hubby (Finally)

07-20-2010 : Mailed IV packet

07-21-2010 : IV Packet signed for by Peters at 10:15 a.m. (St. Laurent and Desmond are probably on vacation lol)

07-26-2010 : NVC starts processing IV Packet

08-20-2010 : Called NVC and was told that we received a "stupid" RFE on 08-18-2010

09-03-2010 : RFE sent to the NVC today....SIF please come quickly.

09-07-2010 : RFE signed for by Desmond at 10:16 a.m.

09-10-2010 : NVC acknowledges receipt of the RFE

09-30-2010 : SIF

10-01-2010 : Case complete as per NVC AVR

10-05-2010 : Interview date assigned for November 29, 2010 at 7:00 a.m. Approved

hello, I am new on the board, i am also waiting on an interview date for my husband

I love my God

I30 sent 01/2010 (can't remember the exact date)

NOA1 January 29,2010

NOA2 February 26,2010 ( yes it was that fast, still Thanking God for that)

Transferred to NVC

March 5,2010, i received my case # and no visa was available

June 4,2010 received AOS bill via email and Paid the same night

June 4,2010 received Visa Application Processing bill Via email and paid the same night

July 15,2010 mailed the AOS form and documents

August 27,2010 mailed DS-230 form and documents

September 30th I thought my case complete but received an RFE later on, still in the process

hello, I am new on the board, i am also waiting on an interview date for my husband

Welcome. I see you have your timeline data on your signature. Thats good so people can easily see it. However its not entered into the VJ system from the signature block. If you look at the top of the page you will see a button for Immigration Time lines .. Click on it and complete you time line.

I also see that your beneficiary is from Haiti. When we call the NVC we always hear if your Visa is for Haiti press one. We or I always assumed that those Visa got special or expedited service perhaps I was wrong. Perhaps you can enlighten us.
