time between P3 and interview date

Everything is in the title.. :lol:

Do you know how many time we have to wait between the P3 (we sent back the forms to the French embassy) and the date of the interview?

I-129F Received: 5-17-10

Ck cashed for application fee: 5-25-10

I-129F NOA1 : 5-30-10

I-129F NOA2 : 8-2-10

NVC Received : 8-17-10

NVC Left : 8-20-10

Consulate Received : 8-30-10

Packet 3 Received : 9-2-10

Packet 3 Sent : 9-9-10

Packet 4 Received : 10-02-10

Interview Date : 10-27-10

Interview Result: APPROVED

Received Visa: 11-3-10

According to this you have to wait to receive the packet 4 which they will issue after receiving packet3 and it will contain your interview date.

That's going to be dependent on how backed up (or not backed up) your embassy is. Check out the French portal and click the timelines link; other passed approvals should give you an idea. :thumbs:

Here is a link of the VJ members who went through Paris. It seems there is between 1 and 2 months between P3 and interview with more people around 1 month than 2 months.

You can dig more around the different timelines provided on VJ to find specific data than can give you an estimates of timelines. Remember it's only estimates.
