Today is 3 months since i have received NOA1 Nothing yet... gos I"m going crazy some people gets approved fast why not we :angry:

We have been waaiting for 147 days now since our NOA1,,,,we get our NOA1 on May 6 and up to this moment there is no move I don't know either

Did you do any expedite? I think your I-130 was filed in VSC, right?

No I did not do any expedite, for me was a big surprise since it seems that they are working on aplications from march and april and yes my I-130 was filed in VSC.

We have NAO1 date of March 8th and nothing yet. My Lawyer called one week ago and they said they would get back to her within two weeks. So frustrating. We hired a lawyer to make sure everything was done perfectly and still nothing.
