Question regarding letter of intent and passport style photos

The following is my letter of intent template, I'd like to know if it seems fine or is it too simple?

I, insert name, intend on marrying insert name within 90 days of my arrival in the United States on the K-1 Visa.

Sincerely Yours, insert name.

Signature.

My second question is about the passport style photos and proving that they were taken within 30 days of filing the petition. The pictures don't come with any dates on the back, do I need to prove they were taken within 30 days or is it acceptable as long as it's an accurate/recent photo?

On the letter of intent, I suggest putting in the words "legally able and willing" to marry. Though I'm not sure if it matters.

For your passport pictures, I think it should be acceptable. I'd sign, date and print the name on the back of each photo.

Is it necessary to have the letter typed out and then signed, or can it be written as long as it's readable?

I don't think there is a specific rule against it being written. I'm not sure why you'd write it instead of simply type it, though. As long as the statement of intent is correct and the signatures are original, I'm not sure USCIS will care.

I typed ours, but handwritten is fine, as long as it is legible.
