I saw someone on the forum mention the Lingche NVC shortcut and read about it on Wiki.

From the sound of the wiki article it seems like a way to speed up the process, but confused why it would be quicker.

Anyone tried this before?

btw, the NVC short cuts may not apply to you if you are doing DCF. you will be dealing directly with the consulate, not the NVC. you're lucky!

I have and it works :) The previous poster is right though, you are already applying through DCF, and that in itself is already a major break! :)

You mean this

Contacted USCIS, VSC, Senator, Congresswoman to expedite. They were helpful, but do not qualify the expedite. ?

That's not the link, that's called text.

A link is short for hyperlink. In computing, a hyperlink (or link) is a reference to a document that the reader can directly follow, or that is followed automatically.

Having said this, link I mentioned is the EZspouse guide in my signature.

Dante - if you are truly filing the I-130 via DCF, then utilizing the STEPS in the LingChe Shortcut will be useless to you.

However, the PAPERWORK gathered up at NVC is the same PAPERWORK that you must submit to Guangzhou, AFTER the I-130 is approved in BeiJing. It is good to study Ling Che, if you are confused about paperwork for GUZ IV Packet 3 - as for an immigration Visa, this is analogous to the paperwork 'done' at NVC. Same forms (sans DS-3032) but totally different submittal process, different submittal location.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.
