You should be fine for an AP for Christmas - they generally take between 60 to 90 days (more around 60 right now) to be processed.

I would definitely call the I-800 Infoline and explain that you have not received a biometrics appointment and are out of normal processing time. You need to get your call escalated to the 2nd level as the person who answers the phone is not an immigration official but a call center employee working from a script and have no real information about your case except what is publicly available to you on line. The 2nd level is an actual immigration official who can access your file and find out what is going on.

Good luck.

I have applied for I485 and I765 after I got married. I did not receive biometric appointment for almost 90 days. We called NCSC(phone number listed on the NOA1), and the assistant told us she will report our problem and she gave us a reference number. I received an biometric appointment notice within a week afterward. If the phone call does not solve your problem, maybe you could book a info pass appointment to talk to an local authority. My advanced parole came about 2 months after I applied.

I was wondering if anyone has had a similar problem. If so, what did you do?

I also just applied for advanced parole last week for travel over christmas. am i too late?

thanks in advance for your help :)
