What's after RFE?

Hi,

So we got RFE concerning the tax returns on August 31. We sent the response on Friday September 10, and nothing at all since then. No touches and no updates. The only thing was that I received the letter of biometrics on Sept 7th (scheduled for Sept 29). There were no updates online around the biometrics letter.

So should I just assume the online updates are not working right?

I just need to make sure they received the response for the RFE. Any ideas?

I have the same condition with you..I sent our RFE response in the begining of August,still no change,they received our papers,but we still dont know if they accepted them.On the website,its still written as Request of Evidence review..I had my biometrics on August 3rd.Next week,I am having my interview.I already received my EAD and AP.The response of the papers we submitted are still mystery :wacko: Good Luck!!
