I heard on another thread that CSC got behind on work visas and has devoted all their resources to getting out of the backlog. Who knows if it's true or not...

78 days waiting here...

Met: December 2009

Married: April 2015

Received CR-1 visa: February 2017

POE (as IR-1): April 2017

Oath ceremony: November 2020

i also read something on here about K-1 visa .. some dream act or w.e :( dunno what they meant by that :((((((((((((((((((((((((( i hope its nothing bad i couldn't really understand what they were trying to say ... :/ im sooooo stressed out i even started losing weight ;(((( because it seems to me that most of June fillers are stillll waiting none of our petitions have been touched :/ i feel like they paused.. or something dunno ...

I know. I feel like if just 1 June/July filer from the CSC was approved I'd sleep better. I mean, it's been no one! It appears 0 applications are being processed right now.

We filed in May and I went to Sydney to visit Paul for 2 weeks... I just added that information to my files so when we meet with the consulate. I could not imaging not seeing him during any of this time... that would really suck!

6-5-10 We Sent

129F on 6-17-10 we get an Answer...was not noa 1..we didn t sign a form...and they sent back all the package and we don t understand why even my fiance is from PA and we aplied at Vermont center they transferred us at Texas center we send it back

7-7-10 check cashed by Uscis

7-9-10 NOA1 hard copy

7-22-10 RFE

8-5-10-going in Romania for 9 days

8-15-10-going back in sua ...alone..

8-26-10-NOA2

27-08-2010 NVC Received

01-09-2010 NVC Left

06-09-2010 Consulate Received

i sent my package June 29, then I received my NOA1 on July 12, from all the timelines ive seen Noa2 usually arrives after 2 months.. for me its more than 2.. almost 3 ... i hope the papers didnt get lost... i check my status everyday on the USCIS website.. do they even update that??? :/ i dunno if i should call them to see...

USUALLY ?? I recived mine in 168 days,so that is what you need to wait for,plus NVC processing another 3 months,plenty of time for you, just patience :))

dont take this personal but I almost start getting creazy,Im at NVC stage and same thing waiting......

Please note though that by the looks of it your are going through the CR1 process of which takes alot longer at NVC than a K1 does.

We will all get there in the end im sure :blush:

We are at NOA1 + 1 month, so I guess I'd better be patient and stop complaining...

The hardest part, like everybody else I guess, is not knowing anything, not having any timeline, wondering if our application was lost, etc...
