Not to continue to poor salt in the wound, but I am at day 105 today. Processing has slowed significantly and there are many many, members who here who filed in late may/early june with nothing yet....it sucks, and its hard to be patient, but thats all we can do.

01-June-2010 I-129F Filed CSC Finally!!!!! After almost three years and 1 baby! Its a great day!

08-June-2010 NOA1

11-June-2010 'touched'

25-October-2010 NOA2

01-November-2010 NVC Received

03-November-2010 Placed into AP at NVC : (

18-November-2010 Case Sent to Manila 18 days in AP..not too bad!

6-7 December- 2010 Medical at SLCC...PASSED!Thank you Lord!

20-December-2010 Interview, USEM VISA APPROVED!

3-Jan-2011, Visa received

12-Jan-2011, POE SEATTLE WASHINGTON USA

11-Feb-2011, Married in Minneapolis MN : )

Not to continue to poor salt in the wound, but I am at day 105 today. Processing has slowed significantly and there are many many, members who here who filed in late may/early june with nothing yet....it sucks, and its hard to be patient, but thats all we can do.

Almost all May filers have been approved (see Igors list)... it appears that they just stopped at June 1 ??? :crying:

Almost all May filers have been approved (see Igors list)... it appears that they just stopped at June 1 ??? :crying:

Seemed to have slowed down around the end of May/1st of June, yes. I think we all got a bit spoiled by the many quick approvals, and the super fast speed of the VSC early in the summer, again if you do some query analysis against the historical data the mean average for approvals is still <>120 days.

Hang in there.

Ya we are on day 110 :( I've been watching the timeline estimation dates and tracking them for a while... its moved around June dates since the beginning of August so I wouldn't get your hopes up it doesn't seem to hold much merit...

I know how you feel we are in the same boat!! 115 days!!!

Not even all the May filers have been approved. We filed at the end of May, with NoA1 June 1st. Not a touch since June 7th.

I've just learned to accept that the wait sucks and to sit tight until November 1st, when 5 months is up and we can start asking questions.

May 25th, 2010 : Filed I-129F at CSC

June 1st, 2010 : NoA1

June 7th, 2010 : Touch

October 19th, 2010: Touch

October 20th, 2010: NoA2! (141 days)

November 8th, 2010: Received Packet 3 from Montreal

November 10th, 2010: Sent Packet 3 back to Montreal

November 25th: Received Packet 4 & Scheduled interview!

March 8th, 2011: Interview in Montreal - Approved!

April 30th, 2011: Move to CA

May 6th, 2011: Married <3

May 31st, 2011: Filed AOS

June 6th, 2011: NoA1

June 13th, 2011: Received Notice for Biometrics

July 7th, 2011: Biometrics

August 22, 2011: AOS Interview - Approved!

in a week or so am gonna be 9 months , and nothing new lol :D....Your case is still pending and we are waiting for the background check to finish so we can make a decision lol.

I'm pretty certain that most people just dont continue here or fill out their timelines to the end. Many months are like that on the timelines. Personally, I'm shooting for our NOA2 around the 100 day mark.

This is realistic and if it gets here sooner, then I have a suprise!

I didn't say all of the filers in June hadn't been approved because obviously people stop updating their timeline. I said barely ANY have been approved which is not normal for VJ even with membership attrition.

Moral of the story: The vast, vast majority of people who filed at the end of May and beyond are waiting.

Met: December 2009

Married: April 2015

Received CR-1 visa: February 2017

POE (as IR-1): April 2017

Oath ceremony: November 2020

I've heard alot of theories on why USCIS has slowed down with one of them being that the cycle petitions every so many months based on need to complete/backed up.

Is there truth to this and if so, how long do the cycle for?

Based on Igor's list, they have been going strong for 8 months.

July 12,2010- NOA-1

Nov. 30,2010- Hardcopy recieved in mail

Nov. 30, 2010-case number received from NVC via phone

case forwarded to Manilla

Dec. 06, 2010- paid Visa fee at BPI

Dec. 07,2010-Embassy recieved

Dec. 28, 2010- Appt. finally scheduled

Jan. 11,2011- Medical exam

Ok so i guess its not only me :D i was like maybe my papers got lost or something or im missing something.. :( but going through some timelines ive seen that a lot of June filers r still waiting for NOA2... .. i haaAAttee waiting :/.. :angry: i hope they will start approving us soon ... ok if its 5 months i dont care i could wait.. but when i read on here that some guy has been waiting for 9 months now for his NOA2 :((( freakeeedd me out ..i think i would call them 1000000000000000x :D
