Sorry for your accident but glad you are alive. No you do not qualify for any expediting; only military that are being sent to the front lines do.

You'll have to just wait out the process as normal.

HEY HEY HEY HEY ......DONT SAY THAT HE DOESN'T QUALIFY...YOU REALLY PISSED ME OFF , SOMEONE HAD HURT HIS SHOULDER ONLY AND GOT HIS CASE EXPEDITED , DON'T PUT HIM DOWN OR W/E YOU THINK , IF EVERYONE SAID I CAN'T I CAN'T , THEN NO ONE CAN , AND THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER REASONS TO EXPEDITE NOT JUST MILITARY .

Hi everyone. I was in a bad car accident. I broke my back my arms Fractured a rib and broke my collar bone. Doctors say i'm lucky but will still be laid up for 3 months. I received my first notice About my k 1 visa On september first. Is there a way to expedite the process. Do we qualify? My fiance is a nurse. Can some 1 point me in the right direction. Is there a form to fill out and what website would that form. Be at? How much time would this saves us so she could be here and help me. I'm using speech to text to type all of this. Thanks again

You can try but just so you have a strong covering letter explaining that you are in a real need for that.

Regards

Sam

This was a really uncalled for reaction. Nobody put anybody down, people are just trying to give information.

He was actually putting him down by telling him that it wouldn't be approved and its for military members only when there are so many other reasons , and if he want to give information , he give it right or don't talk at all .

Saying i don't know is away wiser than saying i know when you don't.

The poster obviously thought it was correct information. Nobody insulted anyone, so relax. People learn something new about this process every day.

The poster doesn't know or he wouldn't ask Coconuts , and how do you want me to relax when someone is fooling someone else, what if it was me or you and i had a chance but someone provided me by wrong information and leaded me to the wrong way . You wouldn't be so happy with it your self.

Don't say you can feel how tight is my shoes before you wear it .

This is an extreme overreaction on your part.

I hope you don't react this way every time someone makes a mistake.

The original poster has the correct information, nobody's been misled, everything's fine.

If i have shut my mouth and let him make the mistake , he wouldn't learn and he would fool others , and i don't react this way every time someone make mistake ,and the original poster wouldn't have the correct info if the OTHER members haven't correct or advice him.

That's what this place is for, though. Everyone here is here to help others and get help along the way. We're all wrong eventually, sometime. You are acting as if someone is misleading the original poster on purpose and "fooling" people for the fun of it. You're being incredibly rude for no reason. I'm done.

Its place for help not for mistakes , and if we are all wrong then we would never improve or move forward , and i didn't say that he was misleading his on purpose , but he is giving him a wrong information and that would make the original poster lose some chances , and yea am incredibly rude but am SURE you wouldn't say that if i was defending you or it was you whom was being misled .Have fun , Bye

C'mon, give the guy some hope. He is laid up for 3 months with serious injuries, and his fiancee is a nurse. He might be able to benefit from her expedited presence at his bedside.

You guys are a stitch......of course he can try, but sorry but I'd lay money on it that it wouldn't do anything. He may already have medical coverage and his fiance may not have the certifications to practice nursing here and of course you wouldn't want them to do anything outside of the regulations.

To the OP: Yes you can try but based on your injuries (not all that atypical, serious yes, but not life threatening), I don't see what your fiancee could provide that you may already be having provided. You two can still love each other, just remotely until the process vets itself out.

To the other bleeding hearts: I am only being realistic and do not like to give folks false hopes where there may be none to have. This case is not unique and if someone else has been successful, then I guess there is a slim hope. But again, I don't like to give false hopes.

No harm trying.
