Hey everyone,

I'll be travelling to the US in October (K1 visa), my POE will be Chicago, my parents and 2 sisters recently got their B2s for 5 years multiple entry, and they'll be flying with me so they can attend my wedding. Only staying for about 1 month so they can sight see as well.

My question is, will they think my parents and sisters trying to immigrate illegally? Will it smell fishy at all to have them all with me?

I don't think it looks suspicious at all. It actually sounds quite reasonable to me. They will be arriving as visitors to attend your wedding, and you are arriving on a K-1 visa in order to get married. Certainly your family would want to be there if they could, and since they have visas, they can :yes: .

You should arrange to go through immigration first (and you will be sent to secondary immigration to process the K-1 paperwork), as then your family members can refer to your arrival on the K-1 when they go through immigration themselves. Your family will have round trip tickets to show they intend to return home and you will obviously have your wedding arrangements in place. It sounds to me like a good plan as they will be there to help you get ready for the wedding and will be returning home shortly after your wedding. I don't see immigration having a problem with this at all.
