hey guys how do you check for your case or sign in if it's with the NVC, my documents was sent to NVC on aug 26 and was told it was recieved sept 2nd.......please i need your help to check on how to sign in or check the case with NVC....thanks

When you paid your fees for the I-864 and the DS-230, you had to sign in at the NVC site. If you try and sign in, and it says Sign In Failed (i.e. SIF), that's an indication that your case is complete. In which case, the next step is for them to set up an interview date. I imagine they have your e-mail addresses, so the next thing to expect after that is the interview appointment letter.

-USCIS received I-750 removal of conditions in Sep 19, 2012
-received Social Security Card, late December 2010
-received 2 year green card, late December 2010
-port of entry, December 6, 2010
-interview November 30, 2010, granted
-VFS payment week of Nov 15, 2010
-Medical Exam done Nov 3, 2010
-Interview Date Assigned: November 30, 2010

UUMM not a bad estimate though, me i send my AOS and DS230 to nvc and was received by mid june had missing do and all was send and received on August 6, case completed on august 25, still waiting for interview so i might take about 5months or so, Do Your math From There

Not the case..!!! You're In kenya, Africa... You guys might have to wait 5 months but not the same for everyone. YOu sent your documents back in JUNE and August u got an RFE that COULD have been prevented.

AOS Received on 8/5 = No RFE, I sent my DS 230 for MOM and DAD and receive don 8/20 = NO RFE and case was completed on 9/13 and the wait in Jamaica IS NOTT 5 months... there's no math to be done.

The person below "Faby" got an interview for oct. 5th and his/her case was completed on August 31st.

its all depend on how quick one respond to NVC instructions and visa availability in local consular office also PD is another factor, that why i left it open but i didn't mean everyone has to wait 5 months that my experience not the fact

Anybody have their interviews scheduled from either Chennai or Delhi after Oct 22, 2010? strangely enough both consulates have scheduled interviews only uptil Oct 22 (none for the last week of Oct)... at least the lists on their consulate websites end at Oct 22. I put this thread in the embassy forum, lots of views but no replies. Thanks.

I had a talk with the Supervisor at the NVC yesterday due to some complications within my case. The lady was very nice, helpful and gave very good suggestions. She also said that they are about to Start setting up interview dates like the ending of this week or next week.

Definately... I have scheduled a call/follow up for NVC for 10/6/2010. Since they are not in contact with me.. heck might as well be proactive with this..
