I'm assembling the k-1 package however, it isn't clear to me of what all i need to have my fiance from the philippines send to me... i believe she will need to send me several passport style photos, a completed and signed g235a form, and letter of intent to marry etc.

Is there anything else she will need to mail for MY initial k-1 visa package?

Can she just fax the forms with signatures?

can the passport style photos be printed off from my computer?

Thank you all for your guidance and information! :)

The G325 and letter of intent have to be originals with the original signature. No faxes! One passport type photo. I'm not sure about the address in your passport, I hope that someone else will answer that question.

Good Luck!

A copy of her birth certificate, pictures of you two together if you do not have then already, and a copy on an anulment if she was previously married.

Can she just fax the forms with signatures?

No, the signatures must be original as JennieL has mentioned.

If the picture meets the requirements(e.g. size, nose position, background, no jewelry, etc.) they can be printed from your computer. Some people use a service like epassportphoto.com

USCIS would only be concerned if the U.S. passport was valid or not. If your passport is still valid, even if it has your old address on it, you should be fine.

Also, my passport has my old address printed on it, will this be an issue?

Since she has to send all the documents to you anyway, why not have her get the passport photo taken there. I'm sure it'll be cheap.

Printing your own passport photos is a dodgy proposition, especially if they don't accept the photos in question. I had to have 17 passport photos for my current job, and I ended up printing 3 5x7" photos with 6 2x2" passport photos on them. The difference here is, I sent them to Walmart to get them printed...the photos were perfect and I had no issues.

I'm in the middle of putting together my own K-1 package, and I'm on the same step you are.
