I know where NVC is and I can just drive 15mins from home. Can I just go there to directly submit my documents? That will save time I think. I hope they will allow this. I will be probably calling them but to those who has idea about this. Shoot me up, please!

Thank you and God bless our petitions! :)

The USCIS has your petition... NVC does NOT even know who you are

No, I haven't yet. I will post a reply as soon as I get an answer from them. We don't need it right now so we are prioritizing things first. We have a pending request in USCIS and we'll get the result by next week, so after we get the result, we will try to call NVC. But as we plot our calendar, we will be able to call on the second week of October as we are pretty busy with some stuff.

I'll post soon. I'll be out of town for a while but I will be able check the forums sometimes.

God bless our petitions!

Ok since you're extremely right now thought I'd help u during this process... So call nvc and spoken with "Aden" I asked him if someone can take their documents there his exact words were

" No, we don't accept packets here and no one will take it inside, we provide instructions on how to return the requested documents."

But if u still feel the burning desire to have your documents acccepted/assigned in person then an update to this policy change would definitely expedite things.

Thank you so much!!!

We live in the USA... Shortly after the OKC bombings, all government facilities tightened security and restricted public access. After 9-11, all government processing facilities such as this, as well as with agencies like the IRS, SSA, etc. had any public access ELIMINATED
